AB yapısal fonları nelerdir? Proje liderleri nasıl yararlanabilir?
B bölümün amacı yapısal fonlar 2007-2013'ün yeni programlarına yönelik önemli bilgileri sağlamaktır: yapısal fonlar kamusal alanının öğrenilmesi, güncel bilgilerin takibi,metodolojik öneriler.... Yapısal fonlar en az iki adettir ve yedi yıllık bir dönemde yaklaşık 308 milyar euro tutarında bir bütçe toplamışlardır. Avrupa bölgesel gelişim fonları (Feder) ve Avrupa sosyal fonu (FSE).
Ayrıca üye devletler kırsal bölgelerin gelişimine yönelik bir destek fonu olan, FEADER ve Balıkçılık için bir fon olan, FED'den de faydalanacaktır. Bazı üye ülkelerde ve özelikle 2004 yılından önce kabul edilmiş olan Ülkelerde,Birlik uyum Fonları ile alt yapıların modernleştirilmesini desteklemeye devam etmektedir.
